The Gala dinner was the climax of a 3 day event, put together by the MCI Group to keep the Pfizer Staff entertained.The Sales Teams had been competing over the course of the event, and we carried this theme into our menu design – each of the 10 teams had their own named cocktails. The huge bar exploded into action to provide after dinner entertainment, with crowds squealing in excitement, and we enjoyed one of our favourite events ever! “I have been mulling it over and over in my mind trying to think what was the best bit about the conference and for me it has to be Cocktail Stars!!
