Held at the Hilton Metropole Birmingham, we provided three themed entertainment bars for after dinner drinks.Our sophisticated offering was the Casablanca Bar. Serving classic cocktails with a huge range of spirits & liqueurs, guests were offered fine service from leading mixologists. Our wilder service came at the Coyote Ugly Bar- an all female team of bartenders served a menu of Shots and Shooters- such as Flaming Lamborghinis, and Raspberry Kamikazes- which lead to some real bar theatre- with many guests requesting shots free-poured straight from the bar!   |
