G & Tea Party for Bain & Co

Set in the idyllic Syon Park our wonderland of bartending characters delighted in teaching the tricks of the bartending trade to 320 corporate guests.

Guests mixed their own "G & Tea" cocktail, with english breakfast tea, shaken and strained into vintage teacups, and later made into a refreshing sorbet with dry ice by the Mad Hatter himself.

The tea party theme continued with the "Strawberry Shortcake" this liquid version of the biscuit, taught the muddling technique to incorporate fresh fruit.

Tweedledum and Tweedledee were on hand to teach some flair moves, and the very hands on format (each guest had their own cocktail kit to mix drinks) created a fast paced, fun afternoon.
